Culvert rehabilitation is usually needed under something expensive — failing corrugated metal and concrete culverts sit — a highway, a rail line, a runway. Slip-lining with HDPE puts a new, smooth, corrosion-proof barrel inside the old one without excavating any of it, and the improved hydraulics often recover most of the lost cross-section.
We supply liner pipe cut to the crossing length with fused or bell-and-spigot joints, plus end treatments and grout ports. Because HDPE is light, a crew can push long strings by hand or with a small excavator instead of mobilising heavy plant.
