The technical hub collects what engineers ask us for most: SDR and pressure rating tables at working temperature, derating factors, butt fusion and electrofusion parameter charts, flow and head-loss calculations, thermal expansion guidance and CAD files for our fittings.

Specification templates are provided in editable format so consultants can drop our product range into a tender document without retyping dimensions.

SDR is outside diameter divided by wall thickness, so a lower SDR means a thicker wall and a higher rating. Figures are for water at 20 °C; derate for higher temperatures. PE80 is produced to the same SDR steps at one class lower — ask if your tender cites it.
