- What sizes of HDPE pipe do you manufacture?
- PE100 pipe from DN20 to DN1600, in SDR 41 through SDR 7 (PN6 to PN25). Straight lengths of 6 m, 11.8 m and 12 m, or coils up to DN110. Above DN1600 we can fabricate from sheet, but extruded pipe stops there.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- One 20 ft container for standard stock sizes. Custom colours, striping, printing and fabricated fittings are quoted per project with no fixed minimum — for those, the constraint is machine setup cost rather than volume, so very small custom runs carry a higher price per metre.
- Which standards and certifications do your pipes meet?
- We produce to ISO 4427, EN 12201, AS/NZS 4130 and ASTM F714 as required, under an ISO 9001 quality system, with WRAS and CE documentation available. Tell us the standard your project is written to before the order — it changes marking, testing and the certificate pack.
- How long does production and shipping take?
- Stock sizes ship in 7 to 10 days. Full-container custom production runs 15 to 25 days, and that includes the batch-hold window while test results clear. Ocean freight is a further 20 to 40 days depending on destination port.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- T/T with a deposit against order and balance against copy of bill of lading, or L/C at sight. Established accounts can be moved onto terms after a few shipments. We do not ask for full payment in advance on first orders — a supplier who does should raise a question.
- Can you send samples before we order?
- Yes. Short cut sections with the print legend, plus fittings, ship by courier at cost. For pipe above DN315 a sample section is heavy enough that freight exceeds its value, so we usually send a smaller diameter from the same production run instead.
- What incoterms do you quote?
- FOB Nansha as standard, with CIF, CFR and DAP quoted on request. For DAP we need the delivery address and any site access restrictions up front — large-diameter pipe on a flat-rack cannot reach every site with a standard truck.
