Small-diameter PE pipe racked together, the sizes a course irrigation network uses

Applications

Golf Course Irrigation

Leak-free pipe under fairways and greens, installed with minimal disruption.

Blue and black PE pipe racked together, the small-diameter sizes used for course mains

A leak on a golf course is not just lost water — it is a closed hole and a repair scar in the middle of a playing surface. Fused HDPE removes the joint as a failure point, and coils can be pulled in behind a vibratory plough so the turf recovers in days rather than weeks.

We supply mains, laterals and satellite feeds sized to the irrigation design, in coils to DN110 and straight lengths above that, with swing joints and fittings to match the sprinkler manufacturer's specification.

Key features

  • Coils to DN110 for plough-in installation under turf
  • Mains and submains to DN400 in straight lengths
  • Fused joints — nothing to leak under a playing surface
  • Fittings matched to the sprinkler manufacturer's spec
  • Pressure classes to suit pump station discharge pressure
