When the catalogue runs out, fabricated HDPE fittings start. We cut, mitre and extrusion-weld pipe into bends of any angle, wyes, laterals, manifolds and reducing assemblies up to DN1600, working from your DWG, PDF or a dimensioned sketch on the back of an email.
Fabricated fittings are de-rated per ISO 4427-3 and marked with the resulting pressure class. Welders are qualified to recognised procedures, and each item is inspected and — where the specification calls for it — hydrostatically tested before it is crated.
